Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Kylan Dubbels, Youth Ministry

Kylan is a graduate of Northwestern High School. In high school he played basketball and football all four years. He is currently attending Indiana Wesleyan University studying youth ministry. Kylan played two years of college basketball, but will not be playing anymore. He felt like God was telling him that pouring into kids was more important than shooting a ball into a basket. The last two summers he has spent being a camp counselor at a Christian Sports camp in Missouri. At this camp he lived with 10-12 teens for two weeks at a time, and absolutely loved it. He is beyond excited to continue to pour into the lives of the teens at First Congo and can’t wait to see what God will do in their lives!
