There are a lot of volunteer opportunities in our community that our Congregation participates in.  The Nearly New Shop and Congo Cares are two of the biggest mission projects that we have, and you can find more information about them on the Nearly New Shop page.  Some of our volunteers work on a daily or weekly basis with Kokomo Urban Outreach (KUO) in distributing food to families in need.  KUO operates several different pantry sites around the county.  We also serve a meal on the 4th Sunday of every month at the Kokomo Rescue Mission.  We collect a loose coin offering every month that goes to the Coordinated Assistance Ministry (CAM), who help the homeless in our community.  We also collect canned goods and boxed items on the third Sunday of each month that go to KUO.  There are numerous other organizations that we support financially, and our congregation also supports many of them on an individual basis.
