Jon Tice
Lead Pastor
Jon Tice has been the lead pastor at First Congregational since January 2008. Stacey and Jon have been married since 1986 and have an older daughter Abby and her husband John DeNoma and younger daughter, Ellie and her husband Cortlandt Kalkstein.
Jon has an undergraduate degree in Bible and History as well as a master’s degree in Counseling. He has been in pastoral ministry since 1986 and since 2006 has served co-vocationally. While serving as pastor he is currently the VP of Global HR at IMMI in Westfield, IN. Jon’s passion is for knowing Christ personally & making him known.
Kylan Dubbels
Associate Pastor: Families & Administration Focus
Kylan is a graduate of Northwestern High School and Indiana Wesleyan University, where he graduated with a degree in Youth Ministry. Kylan started college with a desire to encourage students through teaching and coaching. However, God had a better plan to use those desires, and called him to the Ministry during his time at IWU. He started at First Congo in the summer of 2014, and has been serving the HS, MS, and college students of First Congo since then.
Kylan married his wife, Haleigh, in October of 2019. They enjoy going on walks, riding bikes, and eating at many local Mexican restaurants together. Kylan’s life goal is that his wife, sons, family, church family, and students all feel God’s love through him, and that he points them all to Jesus Christ.
Hayden Bewley
Associate Pastor: Pastoral Leadership and Worship Focus
Hayden has been an Associate Pastor at First Congo since January of 2021. He serves the church by preaching and teaching, leading worship and music, and planning events and life group studies. Hayden graduated from Western High School and has a Bachelor’s Degree in church music and guitar performance from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Hayden and his wife, Mary, have been married since 2017. They have two sons, a dog, and a cat. They enjoy hiking, cooking, traveling, hosting, and most of all being parents to their two boys. Hayden’s passion for God and desire motivates him to be the best husband and father he can be and to see hearts changed and lives transformed by God’s Spirit moving through times of worship and fellowship.
Jordan Wisler
Office Administrator & Youth Worker
Jordan is a 2010 graduate of Kokomo High School. She played golf, volleyball, basketball, softball and was involved in many extracurricular club activities at KHS. Jordan graduated from Taylor University in 2014 with an Exercise Science degree. She was a softball college athlete for four years at TU.
Jordan has also been involved in several Mission Trips and service projects. It was through a mission trip to Ethiopia in 2013 where God began to change her heart for service in ministry. Jordan has a huge heart for people, ministry, traveling, and loves working with the youth of our church.
Meghan Walters
Christian Education Coordinator
Meghan has a heart for kids and enjoys teaching them about Christ's love. She spends her free time with her husband and daughter. She also has four adult step-sons, and a daughter-in-law.
Nathan Steward
Maintenance Coordinator
Nate is a faithful, hard working, and dedicated member of the First Congo Staff. He has a passion for excellence and has a heart for people to feel welcomed when they enter the doors of the church.
Nate values his family over everything and enjoys spending time with them and his dog, Kodak.
